- Delivery timelines depend on your location and product type — typically within 1–3 working days for Bahawalpur and up to 7 days for other cities.
- Area-based delivery charges apply.
- Orders placed after 5 PM will be processed next day.
- Frozen items are packed using insulated materials to maintain product quality during transit.
- Customers are requested to inspect the items upon delivery and report any issue within 24 hours.
- Please make sure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order.
7. Returns & Refunds
- Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted once the package is opened or delivered in good condition.
- Refunds or replacements may be offered only in case of wrong delivery, damaged packaging, or product spoilage (subject to verification).
